Your session is structured to include 2 hours of studio time, allocating 1 hour for setup and cleanup, and 1 hour dedicated exclusively to recording your podcast. This format is designed to maximise the quality of your recording within a concise timeframe. We encourage you to bring any materials or equipment that will assist in bringing your podcast vision to life, making the most of the time allocated for your session.

Our pre-session consultation is key to ensuring a successful start for your podcasting journey. It’s tailored to understand your goals, the specific topics you intend to cover, and to provide you with the best possible service, especially if you're recording for the first time. We aim to make the studio environment as comfortable and inspiring as possible, offering guidance to effectively navigate your session. Yes, you are welcome to film your podcast episode in our studio. We encourage you to bring camera equipment, props, and background drops to enhance your visual content. For your convenience, we provide green, white, and black backdrops to suit various themes and aesthetics. Feel free to use any available space within the studio, whether you prefer filming on the sofas, at a table, or in any setup that fits your vision. Please inform us in advance of your filming plans to ensure your setup can be integrated smoothly with our studio environment.

Yes, our podcast sessions offer an all-in-one solution, encompassing Recording, Editing, and Professional Mixing & Mastering Services. We are committed to ensuring top-tier audio quality for your content, preparing it for distribution across all major platforms. This allows you to focus entirely on creating remarkable podcast episodes, while we handle the technical details to bring your vision to life with the highest audio standards.

While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee. We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel, but do note that rescheduling within this period is subject to studio availability.
